Beyond the Logo, Into the Legacy


When you hear the word ‘branding’, what’s the first thing that pops into your mind?


Probably a logo?


Perhaps a memorable tagline?


No doubt the strategy you’ve half written and still don’t understand!


So what does this elusive term mean?


Let’s start by acknowledging that a business who understands the power of branding, is not selling you a product or a service. They are selling you an experience, a feeling, sometimes an ideology.


Branding is the emotion a customer feels when they unbox your product. It’s the trust they place in you when they browse your website. It’s the pride your employees feel, the culture of your workspace, and the stories that echo through every interaction.


This is why it is so important to get clear on your PURPOSE! OUR PURPOSE is the beating heart of our brand. It’s the narrative that we weave through all of our customer touchpoints. When you show your audience who you are and what you stand for, you immediately build trust.


I spent a long time crafting my purpose, distilling what I love into a succinct paragraph that echoes everything that’s important to me, was challenging, but once written, created so much clarity.


My purpose is to reveal innate beauty, unlock boundless potential, and craft authentic narratives that ignite inspiration, foster empowerment, and etch an enduring legacy on the world.


Now my responsibility is to deliver this! So how do I do that?


I weave this into my business every single day by delivering an uncompromising customer experience. I will not budge on this.


My highest priority is to ensure that my client feels seen and truly understood. When this happens, they are all in! They are invested in the experience and excited about their shoot. The fear of being photographed is dispelled. Creating beautiful portraits becomes easy.


So, when we talk about branding, we’re talking about crafting a legacy, building trust, and creating experiences that resonate. It’s not just about recognition; it’s about connection. It’s the very essence that differentiates you in this vast marketplace.
