DISCOVERY CALL
LET’S MEET FACE TO FACE
Developing a relationship and building trust with my clients is an important part of my creative process. This is the first time we will meet face-to-face and delve deeper into understanding your business. It’s during this call that we can evaluate and determine which brand package aligns seamlessly with your brand’s requirements. If you choose The Boss Collection, I will forward you a Brand Strategy Questionnaire and arrange a Brand Consultation.

This experience is truly unparalleled! Typically spanning three hours, each shoot is meticulously crafted to bring out the best in you. I will be by your side, guiding and posing you every step of the way, to ensure that we perfectly capture the essence of your brand voice.

Four weeks post-shoot, we host a captivating reveal session. We meticulously curate and present your images, ensuring that every detail is a true reflection of your vision and personality. This is an opportunity for you to see the final results, provide feedback, and select your favourite images that resonate with your brand’s voice and identity.

Booking
How do I book a consultation or a photoshoot?
I’d love to hear more about your business or your future adventure! Send me a quick note here and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
How far in advance do I need to book?
My diary fills up 3 months in advance, in Q1 I’m booking into Q3 AND 4! To avoid disappointment, I recommend booking in for a Discovery Call as soon as you are curious.
Do you have payment plans available?
We request 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% two weeks before the photoshoot. We can provide a payment plan for the remaining 50% if required.
Are there any additional fees?
Travel is complimentary for the first 25km and charged at 65c per km thereafter. Accommodation will only be necessary if the location exceeds a 3-hour journey. Travel abroad requires accommodation the night before and the day of the shoot plus any additional expenses. Please send along location details, and I will provide an accurate quote.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Payment one is non refundable. If a cancellation is made within 14 calendar days from the date of booking, 25% of the remaining package fee will still be payable. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booking date, the full package fee will be payable.

How Many Outfits Should You Bring?
The number of outfits depends on the look you’re going for and the locations we’ll use. As a general guide, we recommend preparing 8–10 outfits with a few versatile items like jackets, accessories, or different tops. This variety ensures you’ll have fresh content for your social media and marketing needs. We’ll plan this in detail during your shoot prep session!
Should You Bring Props?
Props can be a powerful way to tell your story. Whether it’s tools of your trade, branded items, or personal touches, we encourage bringing props that align with your brand identity. We’ll discuss this in depth during your planning session to ensure everything feels authentic and cohesive.
Do You Travel for Photoshoots?
Absolutely! We’re available for projects across the country or even internationally. Share your vision and location ideas, and we’ll handle the logistics to make it happen.
How Do We Help You Prepare?

Can I Change Looks During the Shoot, Including Hair and Makeup?
Absolutely! Our professional team of hairstylists and makeup artists will be there to ensure you’re camera-ready for each look. Whether it’s a subtle touch-up or a complete transformation, we’ve got you covered.
I’m Not a Natural Model—Will You Help With Posing?
Don’t worry! You don’t need to be a pro. We specialise in guiding clients through natural and flattering poses, helping you feel confident and look your best in every shot.
How Long Does a Photoshoot Usually Take?
A typical personal branding shoot lasts about 4 hours, including time for breaks, outfit changes, and any adjustments needed to perfect each scene.
What About Lighting in Darker Locations?
No need to stress! Our photographers are equipped with professional lighting setups to handle any environment, ensuring your photos are beautifully lit, even in low-light settings.
How Do Outfit Changes Work at Outdoor Locations?
Changing outfits outdoors is easier than you might think! We’ll come prepared with creative solutions, from portable changing setups to finding nearby facilities. Your comfort and privacy are always our top priority.
Delivery
Do You Provide Retouched Images?
Yes, retouching for up to 20 selected images is included. These are typically the images you’ll use most often, such as for your website banners, profile pictures, or key marketing materials.
How Many Images Will I Receive?
You’ll receive a gallery of max 20 professionally captured images. Be sure to save and back them up after delivery, as maintaining backups post-delivery is your responsibility.
When Will I Get My Photos?
Your online gallery link will be delivered within 3 weeks of your shoot. If you’re working on a tight deadline, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What Are the Usage Rights for the Photos?
The photographer retains the copyright, but you’ll have a comprehensive license for personal and business use. If you’re considering reselling the images or using them in a unique way, reach out for permission first.
Do I Need to Credit You on Social Media?
It’s not required, but it’s always appreciated! Tagging us on social media helps celebrate your brand and allows us to share your success with our audience.
